Forgiveness Ritual
1) Lift up the Shawl.
2) Put the shawl around your shoulders or the next person..
3) Breath in forgiveness, breathe out any negativity associated with embodying that which is needing release.
4) Remove the shawl and shake it out, giving it to Mother Earth to be transformed into goodness.
5) Lift it up for all to honor and support the process of releasing and forgiving.

Cherish Myself by Rabia
I know how it will be when I die
My beauty will be so extraordinary that God will worship me.
He will not worship me from a distance, for our minds will have wed,
Our souls will have flowed into each other.
How to say this: God and I Will forever cherish myself.
- Rabia of Basra (717-801 AD)

I Will Not Die an Unlived Life by Dawna Markova
I will not die an unlived life
I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire
I choose to inhabit my days
To allow my living to open me
To make me less afraid, more accessible.
To loosen my heart
Until it becomes
A wing, a torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance
To live so that which came to me as seed
Goes to the next as blossom
And that which came to me as blossom
Goes on as fruit.I will not die an unlived life
I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire
I choose to inhabit my days
To allow my living to open me
To make me less afraid, more accessible.
To loosen my heart
Until it becomes
A wing, a torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance
To live so that which came to me as seed
Goes to the next as blossom
And that which came to me as blossom
Goes on as fruit.
I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire
I choose to inhabit my days
To allow my living to open me
To make me less afraid, more accessible.
To loosen my heart
Until it becomes
A wing, a torch, a promise.
